Reclaim PT & Wellness is a cash-based outpatient physical therapy practice providing personalized physical therapy and wellness designed to help you move with confidence, reduce pain, and keep doing what you love.
Physical therapy can help you improve your mobility and strength, manage pain and long-standing conditions, and even avoid unnecessary surgery and medications. Time and time again, I’ve seen how physical therapy has prevented or reduced need for further orthopedic care and has helped people return to activities and exercise they want to get back to!
Here at Reclaim PT & Wellness, we provide individualized physical therapy for orthopedic and pelvic health needs, along with wellness that support strength, movement and mobility, and fitness.

Honestly, anyone! We work with people at various stages of life and movement. Whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy or postpartum changes, managing pelvic health concerns, returning to exercise, or simply wanting to get stronger and learn more about how your body works, our services are tailored to your individual needs and goals.

No, Reclaim operates as an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance.
If you are interested in receiving “out-of-network” (OON) reimbursements from your insurance, Reclaim can provide you a superbill (a detailed invoice for each visit) and you can submit this to your insurance company. If you have any questions about your OON benefits, we would recommend contacting your insurance company. Though we will do our best to assist you, you will be responsible for contacting your insurance company to receive reimbursement! Also please note that we cannot guarantee that your insurance will provide reimbursement.

At Reclaim Physical Therapy & Wellness, we believe your care should be centered around you—not a schedule or a checklist.
Traditional insurance-based and cash-based practices operate differently, and we’ve intentionally chosen a model that allows us to prioritize quality over quantity. By limiting the number of patients we see, we can dedicate a full hour of one-on-one time with your physical therapist at every session.
Our goal isn’t to see you more often—it’s to help you make the most of every visit. That means your time is spent working directly with your therapist, building a relationship, addressing your unique needs, and progressing toward the goals that matter most to you. Your care plan is personalized, your questions have time to be answered, and every session is designed with your progress in mind.

Reclaim PT & Wellness is committed to being transparent about Medicare requirements.
Physical therapists are not eligible to opt out of Medicare under federal law. If you are a Medicare beneficiary seeking physical therapy services, Medicare rules may apply to your care even if you would prefer to pay privately.
Because of these requirements, Reclaim PT & Wellness does not provide privately paid physical therapy services to Medicare beneficiaries outside of applicable Medicare requirements. We recommend discussing your options with us before scheduling if you have Medicare coverage.
However, if you are seeking wellness services for general health and well-being, these services are not considered medically necessary, and we are happy to provide this service for you.

Reclaim Physical Therapy & Wellness accepts credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and HSA/FSA cards for eligible services. Payment is collected in advance of each scheduled appointment. We are happy to provide receipts or supporting documentation upon request for submission to your insurance company or HSA/FSA plan administrator, as applicable.
Please note that HSA/FSA eligibility is determined by your plan administrator, and reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy services is subject to your individual plan benefits.

Reclaim provides both in-person and virtual visits, whichever is more convenient for you!

Your first visit is focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns and goals, and developing a personalized plan. Depending on the type of service, your visit may include an evaluation of your movement, strength, mobility, or other areas related to your goals.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. For physical therapy visits, clothing that allows access to the area being evaluated or treated can be helpful. If you're unsure what to wear, just ask when scheduling!
